Seasonal Rates Summary

OFF SEASON camping; Please note that the advertised base rate is for off season October through mid May. This off season rate is as low as $130/day for SELECT RV/Motorhomes or camper vans.

However, RV’s go out dry (No Sewer, no Water) October to April because of freezing weather. The RV propane heater will operate off the coach battery to keep you warm and toasty all night long. If the battery gets low, you will have to start the generator. Sometimes, you must run the generator fr extended hours so we recommend rent our small backup generator that sips gas and can run all night long to keep the battery charged. We also have a portable toilet available for rent. All RV/Van rentals are required to book at least three rental days.

After the summer season starts in middle May, the seasonally adjusted summer rates start to kick in. There is a discount built in for a seven, fourteen, and twenty one day or longer rental. There may be insurance restrictions at 30 days so we may have to do back to back rentals for longer than 30 days.

To find out the cost and availability of the particular dates you are interested in, and to check real-time availability (Many dates will sell out) please use the RV booking calendar. All you have to do is enter your dates (minimum of 3 days) into the booking calendar, and it will show you current RV/campervan availability & cost. If you like this, you can then book your RV directly from the booking calendar by making the first payment. Once the payment is made, your RV/Van will be locked in.
